#  Technology from Corey Lab has FDA approval for Sonix Trial

Technology developed in the Corey Laboratory to treat the most common form of hereditary deafness is now entering a clinical trial. Skylark Bio, which licensed the technology, has FDA approval for a new trial called [Sonix](https://sonixstudy.com/). The first children might be dosed in June 2026.
